Do you see anything inside that "AutorunsDisabled" folder?

( This may be relevant if in case you used Autoruns by MS SysInternals :-
Nomally, when you use Autoruns by SysInternals and disable any Startup items by unticking them in that utility, if the items relate to shortcuts in that Explorer Startup folder, they get moved into the "AutorunsDisabled". )

If there are any Shortcuts in that folder, you can restore them by moving them into the main Explorer Startup folder, or you can use the Autoruns utility and re-tick the relevant Shortcuts so they get moved back to their original location.

You are right, I too can't search for that "Start-up" folder name. Perhaps @dalchina has an answer.

    This one?
    no startup folder-1.jpg

Here I used a 3rd party tool- Locate32 to search for folders only. You can use whichever you prefer.
(I didn't use Windows search as on mine that will not be indexed- only my personal data is, not system files or folders).

Note that were you to use Open Shell start menu, the Start-up folder (underlying name is Startup on disk) is immediately accessible.

what3 party did you use see i also disable bing search and i also did t this to remove the clutter from the search bar

open registry editor (type regedit on the search box then hit enter)

    navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows

create "Explorer" under "Windows" (right click "Windows" -> new -> Key)

create DWORD value under "Explorer" called "DisableSearchBoxSuggestions" (right click "Explorer" -> new -> DWORD (32 bit) Value)

assign value of 1 to this newly created value (double click "DisableSearchBoxSuggestions" then type 1 in the "value data:" box. make sure Hexadecimal is selected and click "OK")

ran sfc and dism and got no issues also does he mean windows 10 creation tool?Your best friend should probably be a search engine or a disk imaging program.
My Chinese students always asked "How to....?" - but it's never a proper question in English.

    Thank you for your reply.

    what3 party did you use
    Stated in my post.

I am using open shell yes
    Post a screenshot like this:
    no startup folder-untitled.png

Paste this into file explorer's address bar:
    C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\StartUp

    - should take you to the all users instance of the Startup folder
