When a file is uploaded via Edge, can PowerShell get source location?

For Windows 10 Enterprise, is it possible for PowerShell to get location of File uploaded via Edge Browser to a Website?

As an example, Desktop is in both OneDrive and Local Computer; a file can have same name (in both OneDrive and Local Computer) but different content.
When in a rush, it is too easy to be confused which Desktop I uploaded from.

If there is a non-third-party, non-admin-right solution, I can rename the downloaded file with its upload file location.
