will this pc run win11

or should i not look at this type of pc? being i do not use the dvr and these have the hd built into them in an ssd drive and onboard memory

There are limitations with something that small. It may well be that the RAM is built in and not upgradeable. I don't have one, but there are many happy users of mini PCs on these forums.

they say the memory can be upgraded. but 8gb of ram should be plenty for ust plain old internet stuff we do not do gaming or drafting just emails and surfing and forums. facebook etc. thanks

Yes, should be plenty. I have W11 running well for that sort of use on supported devices with just 4GB RAM.

thanks. being i bet win10 will just go out of service after the stated date and not get the security updates like the chromebooks did and all the older pcs on ebay will be there for that reason it may be just a good idea to get one of those and then the monitor size i want and the keyboard and mouse and be done with it. now we use the probook mine has the 14" screen and the wifes has the 15 or 16" screen but we both have to magnify the screen so a larger screen should do just fine. being all we really do is email and banking as facebook stuff one of those should work good. and be as good or even better than the all in one units as if the screen was to fail on one of them you have to get the complete unit. if i get them i will get at least 8gb ram and a 500gb ssd drive. i do see them on walmart the win10 model and that should be win11 updateable like this one

Install Rufus, then you can override the conditions for Windows 11. You can also bypass the login details. When you then install Windows 11 do not the PC connected to WiFi.

i have win11 on a stick now but i do not believe if i run it on a pc that does not meet the minimum standards that i will have the same security protection. so i do not use it now. i did run it on a bare bones pc but i really don't care for how it was laid out. and i have in on linux but i don't really want to go down the learning curve just yet with linux thanks

The workarounds just don't check if you have the hardware requirements. Once installed it is same as a regular win 11 install on a computer that has all hardware requirements. It will update normally but it won't upgrade (23h2) as it is a new install and you have to apply the workarounds again. The main problem is that it has a different GUI and you have to learn how to use it (again).

The only difference in security is that if the computer does not have TPM, then, obviously, TPM cannot be used to store decryption keys.

What's to learn? Just follow the instructions and you be able to install W11 bypassing all requirements.
