    Videos Only Play When Muted

Hello, just found this forum and hopefully someone can help me with a frustrating problem

    I'm running Windows 10, Version 10.0.19044

Video's have always been fine until just recently, when I realized they were sluggish, stopping, moving in slow motion, etc, yet as soon as I mute them they work fine. Sound on, won't work properly. Sound off, works properly

I use Firefox, but have run video's on two other browsers and the problem is still there

All the updates and drivers for the players I use and tried are up to date

    Any idea's?

    Thank you in advance

It might be an idea to provide hardware specs so people know what you're talking about

Did you install the latest drivers from your graphics card's website?

    Example:
I'd go to nvidia's website, and download the drivers from there.
