Remove "Run as administrator" from the context menu for certain files?

I searched a lot before posting, even found this tutorial right here. But if I got it right it removes that command for all file types.

I want to remove it just for certain file types, like images, videos, and documents. Is it possible?

If the user who is signed in is a Standard User, and does not have the Administrator Users Password, they would not be able to run the app or command as Admin.

I want to remove the Run as administrator option mainly for image files, because I use the XnView Shell Extension to preview images on the context menu, which I do a lot of times on a daily basis as part of my work. And since Windows hasn't fixed that lack of auto scrolling when hovering the mouse pointer on these tiny menu arrows, it's very annoying when I need to use certain commands that get beyond reach, so I have to click on these arrows to see and use them.



In a nutshell, I want the context menu as minimal as possible.

I know I can use Context Menu Tuner, Easy Context Menu, ShellExView and a few others to edit context menus. But I couldn't find the option I want in any of these.

Oh, BTW, I am the only user — and administrator — of the computer.

Run as admin can only be blocked with admin uswr password if the user is a Standard user.

Yes, indeed! At first I thought of asking why that option is available for non-executables. But the day before yesterday I got this WU update (KB5025221) which I thought could be the culprit. Sometimes such updates bring issues like that. So I focused on how to "clean the mess" in a more superficial way.
