...but be careful when upgrading to Windows 11. That setting may reset...
(I believe the worst case scenario is that the file won't open when that setting goes back to default. It will stay on your drive, but it won't be accessible, and that could be a little confusing, since, by then, you would've forgotten that you have enabled this certain setting...)
