    New PC

I have a new windows 10 PC and i am experancing multiple crashes where the screen goes black for a few seconds and then recovers. The same happens when i play a game I am seriously thinking of going back to windows 7 where games worked with few problems (i am new to win 10)

A questions my graphics card is a Nvidea RTX 3060 which driver works best with windows 10 and games
    Thanks

Update i checked device manager and all is working fine (its not ) the moniter is new but is isted as a generic PC monitor Not the IIyma moniter.

Contact the seller and demand a repair / replacement / refund.

That's what I would do. When you have a new system, you have a reasonable expectation that it works.

If you start futzing around with Win 7, the seller might claim that the problems were your fault.

    Plus
    a. Win 7 is unsupported
    b. You may well find you don't have drivers available for your new PC to support Win 7.

Try factory reset as it's new.
Did you experience crashes when you first got it, or only after you installed something?

What have you installed that may be incompatible? Old games, perhaps?

What are you running when the crashes happen?

If you have installed something that is incompatible or is the cause of the crashes, it's not the seller's fault.

Do you discover a solution? The same issue affects me as well.

It is very common for monitors to be labelled in Device manager as Generic PnP monitors.
It's generally only the Display adapter entry that identifies the device by name, in your case Nvidea RTX 3060.

If your computer was not new I would suggest your first steps should be to reinstall the display adapter driver [from Nvidia, even if it's the same version as the one you already have] and then to check the Bios & all other hardware drivers with the computer / device maker.

But, as I said before, you should not expect poor behaviour in a new computer and you ought to be better off getting the seller to fix the problem / replace the computer / refund your money.

    Best of luck,
