    So, I did test it. Don't waste your time. ChatGPT specifically says it can't identify a base64 encoded picture and the picture has to be very small to paste as base64 encoded text without hitting "message too long". Once you do get one small enough, it just decodes it to an Imgur link (although in my case it immediately said "not available", so presumably an error occurred).

    What's your end goal? What do you want to achieve? Maybe with some lateral thinking, we can come up with a solution. Are you just needing help to identify something about that particular picture, but don't want to show it to other humans? If that's the case, your decades too soon to use AI for that.
