Issue with Windows FileOpenSave dialog box not showing file location

    Hi,
I am having a strange issue the standard FileSaveOpen dialog box that is displayed when opening, saving, or save as in an application.

At the top of the file dialog box, I am used to seeing the folder directory being displayed under the Dialog Title.

But now, I seeing this type of File Dialog box (attachment)

    Windows 11 Version 22H2 (OS Build 22621.1413).

The missing navigation/file location section running horizontally is proving more a pita than anything else. I cannot see the current file location or directory location.

How did I screw this up?

    Thanks in advance!

    You didn't.
Applications can call up a number of different built-in dialog boxes [or even their own customised ones] and this application has chosen to call up the one you saw.

This applies to all Windows versions but I agree that you should ask in ElevenForum because any workaround somebody identifies might not apply to Windows 10.
Do add an explanation of which application [or Windows component] you were using and exactly what steps you took that resulted in the dialog appearing so that others can replicate your situation in order to investigate it.
