    Video Clips - keep timestamp when editing & adding comments


    Is there anyway to add comments to a video like you can to a photo in Windows 10?

    Also, is there a way to keep the original timestamp for a video when cropping it?

    In some cases Windows can be configured to do this if it's not natively supported for a particular format e.g.
    Video Clips - keep timestamp when editing & adding comments-untitled.png

    - note the comment is shown in Details view, not in List view even though the Comments column is shown in the latter.

    you can try mp3tag. Works well with both mp3's and mp4's

    But not for e.g. avi, wmv...
