I know nothing about iPhones but I'd expect it to be able to transfer by USB cable.
I only know the Android equivalent:
    - Wake the phone's screen up so you can see any dialogs it wants to show you.
    - Connect the phone's USB cable to the computer.
    - On the phone's screen, say yes to using the cable to transfer files [rather than its default which is just using it for charging].
    - On the computer, Open File explorer at This PC and the phone will be shown along with all the computer's disks.
    - Drag and drop from the phone's Downloads folder just as you would between the computer's own disks.

If you cannot do that then find out how you can copy the file to a USB stick connected to the phone and then move that USB stick across to the computer to copy from there.

How did you delete the driver?
Have you check device manager for the hardware & tried to reinstall the driver?
You might have to reinstall an older driver via the device’s entry within device manager if it doesn’t show then check under View>Show hidden devices.
    Right click device.
    Choose update driver.
Choose ‘browse my computer for drivers’.
Choose ‘let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer’.
Choose the compatible hardware from the list, then choose next.
Choose one of the older drivers from the list shown, then click next.
This will then reinstall the driver.

I changed a setting on one of the tabs for the wireless and it made the whole wireless driver disappear from showing in the device manager. I did this thinking the Blue Tooth above I seen with a yellow triangle caution sign under Blue tooth Realtek thinking this was linked to the actual wireless Realtek down further in the device manager. After I changed the setting in the wireless PCIE Realtek wireless I have this problem.

Yes, doesn't work. I need to ensure this works without any interference that's why I need to do it in safe mode. The start button doesn't on the case so I cannot shut it off or i won't be able to turn it back on again.

I have followed this to a tee countless times. Can you help me get into safe mode to install this driver?
The Realtek driver is now showing in device manager for the wireless nic.
It shows Realtek 8821AE Wireless Lan 802.11ac PCI-E NIC then above this thats connected is
Microsoft Wi-fi Direct Virtual Adapter #3 - This is above the main Realtek NIC then above this is another
Microsoft Wi-fi Direct Virtual Adapter #2 - This is it. It consists of these three that are greyed out.
    Thanks.

I wanted to get into safe mode with networking because I have no internet connection. There's too much interference in windows
trying to install delicate drivers like this and video drivers.

If the small screen is too awkward, go to a friend's house / use an internet cafe / ... to download the driver to a USB stick.
You cannot run Setup files in Safe Mode to install any drivers.
If you have access to the internet Router, you can use an Ethernet Cable to connect wired to the router and download your Wifi driver that way.
Boot the computer, press the Windows key +X and choose Device Manager. Any devices with Yellow Marks need drivers installed.
Go to another internet computer, laptop or Tablet. You may need to go to a Friends or rent a computer at a Copy store for any hour and download your drivers and save them to a USB Flash drive, then transfer them to the troubled computer.

Do you have Internet with Safe Mode with Networking?

I do not have an ethernet zable cuz everything here is wireless. This not an option.
I'm not real familiar with this bios at all. got in there once and discovered there was no safe mode with networking.
I guess microsoft changed it from what it used be.
I already have the Realtek driver for NIC but there are 2 Microsoft Virtual Adapters that are part of this wireless and I
don't know where to get them. Driver version for both virtual adapters 10.0.19041.1 - 06/21/2006.

    Realtek 8821AE Wireless Lan 802.11ac PCI-E NIC - 12/04/2018

    Bluetooth 4.0 driver version 1.5.1012.3003 - 10/17/2018

The access to safe mode with networking has changed and I need help getting into it.

I wish microsoft would leave things alone.

You do not need Safe mode to install those drivers.
You do not need to install those Microsoft Virtual Adapters at all.
Safe mode is & always has been a Windows mode and has never involved the Bios.

We have already discussed methods of copying those drivers onto your computer in order to install them. It does not involve Safe mode or the Bios.

    Best of luck,
    Denis
