My pc is so broken sometimes,
and I cant do much with bootable usb's, dvd-rom's and on...
Why don't you fix it then?
Check the hardware, prepare, clean install.

Nah, if I boot from another disk.. I'm gonna forget the primiry (C:) drive for ever ! My pc is so broken sometimes,
and I cant do much with bootable usb's, dvd-rom's and on...
As stated, the disk that C: is on maybe failing, run diagnostics on it, or just replace the drive with an SSD and do a Clean Install of Windows, then attach the old drive as a secondary drive and copy your personal User Files to the new install.
Why would you live with a computer that doesn't work well??

My pc it's just old nowdays. My HDD is an Toshiba 900gb drive, and sometimes behavind strange, but always staying
good and I trust it. Also I dont have money and time to change to an SSD, but of course in an future build, I'm gonna
include it. I only re-installed windows 10 at sometime that the registry failed, but was my fault for this. After that, all
gonna working as good as it was.

We can't help you make Windows run on potentially broken hardware. Lower capacity disks are not very expensive.

You could at the very least run a disk check program,

    FREE --- FREE --- FREE ---

Hard Disk Sentinel - full functional trial- Crystal Diskinfo (free), basic.

Hey, I'm using an portable version of Crystal Disk Mark & Info, to check my other usb's and external drives. Relax my friend. HDD's is just an old story -Most newer cheapiest
laptops, has more than 700gb ssd's inside. For me, you cant make much on an Mini-ITX tower.

Good.. now you can run these two checks from an admin command prompt:
    a. chkdsk c: /scan
    - result right on the GuI
    b. SFC /SCANNOW
    - only need to know if these pass or fail.

already yesterday, I've done the /scannow, and didnt found something that violates the windows itself.

Are there any remaining problems- you mentioned difficulties booting from external disks, your PC being 'so broken' ....?

If it's just a problem of slowness and the PC is old.. and boot will be slower with a HDD.. then provided resource usage is low after say about 3 mins after you first log in, and you have plenty of free RAM and disk on C:, then there's not too much you can do..
