My Name is Owner on Used Computer but PNG docs show previous Owner

    At the very minimum you need to create your own user account and stop using the previous owner's account. What you should really do is a clean install of Windows.

    Hopefully you've noticed I think all respondents - including me in post #2 - have recommended you start afresh with a clean install.
