Double Cursor Freeze and AMD auto update issues.

My mouse cursor doesn't lag or freeze but gaming after alt tabbing or expanding VLC to fullscreen will leave a 2nd cursor frozen on the screen until I alt tab again or bring the real cursor near the fake one and it will disappear.

The other issue, an AMD Auto update cmd window will randomly pop up but there's no text. It's just black. I let it sit for a while once and nothing but the blinking underscore like it was awaiting me to type something but I can't.

Try a Clean Boot. If this works you can keep it this way or you can add one Service or Startup item at a time until the behavior returns then you will know the culprit.
