All Desktop Icons gone, Can't add any icons but can see in Explorer

You are certainly correct that I should have already had a backup because this is a brand-new PC. I just went too far before I set it up and ran it. I won't make that mistake again…

If the backup software is Macrium Reflect... after the trial runs out... it should turn into the free version.
