BCD Issue with Win10 Enterprise work laptop - Advice Needed

I was able to get through all of your video instructions successfully with the SSD in the external enclosure... however when I stuck the SSD back in the laptop I get the same boot error. It seems like I need to follow these steps with the SSD inside the computer in order to rebuild the bcd successfully. This leads back to my previous post where I stated that if I boot the laptop using USB recovery media, the internal SSD does not show up at all. I'm thinking this could be one of two things:

1) There's something in the BIOS that I need to change to make the internal SSD available even if the laptop is booted from a USB drive, or
2) This needs to be done using Windows Enterprise recovery media, not Windows Home recovery media

Yes

If BIOS detects SSD there is no reason why recovery environment should not execute bellow commands to list attached disk and they assign drive letters.
