Another approach is to run msconfig (win+ r, type msconfig)

Select boot tab, set windows 11 as default OS, delete Windows 10 boot entry.

After this, you can delete W10 partition (I recommend making an image backup first).

It looks like you are already successfully dual booting Windows 10 and Windows 11.

To remove Windows 10, simply use the bcdedit command to delete the Windows 10 entry from the BCD in the system reserved partition. Leave the system reserved partition itself alone. Then once you are booting directly into Windows 11, you can do whatever you want with the old Windows 10 partition.
forgiiive me for my bad english
so it safe to remove the w10 partition, withi this way

    1. boot to w11
    2. open bcdedit or neowin easybcd
    3. remove the w10 from loader
    4. do not remove the partition (for safe way)
    5. reboot...
    6. it should enter w11 only
    7. remove the w10 partition (do not resize, so if it not boot more easy to put it back using macrium)
    8. reboot
    9. if success then no.11
    10. macrium, if not help reinstall lol
    11. welcome to w11 only
