I think the best thing to do is restoring the back-up you of course took before starting with this stuff.

Right click on the START button, select Powershell [admin].
type in ---dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth ---press ENTER.
allow to complete and when finished, type in ---sfc /scannow ---press ENTER
run sfc as many times as needed until a clean report is given.

There is an almost identical thread where someone tried changing user profile details and didn't get it right and experienced this.

There is no easy fix- normal repairs are unlikely to help.

I do hope you have been using 3rd party disk imaging as is endlessly recommended here. If so, restore an image created before you did that. Disk imaging protects you from e.g. disk failure, user mistakes, irrecoverable situations...

Changing the user profile folder name is non-trivial: see
Change Name of User Profile Folder in Windows 10

It may be that even if you were to delete that user you may be left with debris now... depends what you actually did. But recovering any data associated with that account, deleting it and creating a new one may be what you have too do.

I really commend tenforums Tutorials to you- there's a huge searchable Tutorials section- do have a look.
