Strange Hibernation problem

Do settingsin the BIOS need changing?

I checked and tried some changes, but nothing helped

I'm having the same issue with my surface 3. I found this thread with a possible solution

hibernate - Windows 10 Hibernation not available - Super User

After I enter the command in the accepted answer, I see that "hibernate" is now available on my system.
Now I have to wait and see if it actually hibernates after 4 hours.
