windows 10 KEEPS TURNING ITSELF ON

i can't figure this out it's driving me NUTS

my pc keep turning itself on randomly from a complete turn off!!

it also turns on whenever i press something on the keyboard

    setup:

    asrock h97m pro4

    ddr3 12gb

    2tb ssd

    gtx 1060

    i5 4690

    fast start up is off.

there are no devices allowed to wake the pc up.

in the bios, i disabled the options to allow the keyboard and mouse to turn the pc on

i tried all kinds of solutions after hours of googling. this can of scrap metal just keeps turning on.

    @LosSerpent

It could be a case power switch going bad.
Or something on the motherboard front panel connector that's shorting out...

Try turning off with this command to make sure it is turning off not just hibernating
    Code:
    shutdown.exe /s /t 0 /f

The only thing other than the power button that could turn it on without your involvement would be a wake schedule in your Bios. But you said 'random' so I don't expect it to be that.

Don't know if this has been mentioned yet or not:

Open Command Prompt as an Administrator, and paste this:
    powercfg -lastwake
