    I am unable to activate the optional data sharing toggle.


    I am unable to activate the optional data-sharing toggle in settings. I have followed the instructions to change the registry but it hasn't worked. I am using Windows 10 home edition, version 22H2, Build 19045.2546.

    Hello William, and welcome.

    If the setting is grayed out, you may have a policy set. For now, you can check the available options in the tutorial below to see if one may allow you to change this.

    Change Diagnostic Data Settings in Windows 10

    If not, then go ahead and post a screenshot showing this setting on the Settings page to see if anything may stand out.
