How to disable Movies & TV folder creation in Videos?

When you install or use certain programs they create folders in the default library folders, making them 'their' folders (rather than 'your' folders) I always think.

It's likely that folder is created by such a program.

In this case it's the Win 10 app "Movies and TV" (or "Films and TV" in British English)

the Movies & TV one does not have a "location" tab to change.

The folder doesn't have a Location tab because it's a subfolder.

It also makes a folder called "Captures" aswell as "Saved Pictures" occasionally too, I'd like to know how to get rid of that aswell.

EDIT: So I can get rid of the ones in Users/Pictures but the Movies & TV one does not have a "location" tab to change.

I just removed ALL the folder in ThisPC. I haven't seen any weird folder creation since.
