Returning "services.msc" to default

I don't have any current problems, (touch wood), but I've changed a few settings in the services.msc following Black viper's suggestions and just wondering.....Is there a quick way to put everything back to default if I wanted to or do they all have to be done individually?

I used to follow Black Viper and disable all the services I dared to. But significant speedup of boot time is 99% wishful thinking.. Later on down the road something doesn't work and it turns out to be a service you killed.

I'm big on disabling & turning off useless services. For example, I don't need Windows to provide any wifi and blue tooth services in my desktop Win 10 computer as that's done by my Linksys router. Gaming and virtual computers will never happen on my computers, so they're disabled or removed as well.

I also fiddle with Windows Services extensively trying to enhance performance. Outdated 'features' from Win 98 and NT days such as 'smart card' and floppy disk support and the like get disabled as they lengthen boot time. I disable them rather than let them remain 'manual start' as I want no chance whatsoever of their running.

The only downside I can see of not running various services and Windows 'features' is that Windows version upgrades such as 22H1 to 22H2 will cause many of them to return to default settings. Such is life.

Isn't it lovely that M$oft can just waddle in with an update and take away all your good work. Like a teacher rubbing your drawing off the whiteboard 'cos they don't like it.

It was just a thought bubble really. The only things I fiddle with are features I won't use on this desktop.......and let's face it, it's in our nature to "fix it even when it aint broke"
