Msilnstaller1013 error in event log every 15 minutes

I haven't installed anything, yet these errors started up this afternoon. Did update Malwarebytes, but that was only Component Version and that went without problems. Also, did that long before this error showed up. After I did see the error, I did some MS updates to see if that fixed the problem, they went okay, but problem still happens every 15 minutes. MS updates were KB890830,KB5020687 and KB5019959. Did a chkdsk and all was okay. Did a sfc /scannow and some errors were found and corrected, still getting Msilnstaller1013 error. From start ran MSIExec, shows me a lot I don't understand, the version is Windows ® Installer. V 5.0.19041.2193 , there were not any errors. Any ideas or just live with it? Below is more information on the error.

Hi, your post is a little puzzling. You say:
    I haven't installed anything,
    - but then you refer to Malwarebytes, so clearly you have installed at least one program.

    I haven't installed anything
    - so in what state is your PC? E.g.
    a. Have you just done a clean install?
    b. Or is it a new PC? - presumably not as you mention
    Optiplex2016
    From start ran MSIExec
    - an odd thing to do... - just shows you the version and parameters...

As you are receiving installer-related failures, the MSIexec log would be very useful.
You will need to make a change so it generates a log file. See

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/tr...taller-logging

    Then find

    MSI_Log.txt
and examine that. Hopefully it will tell you what it is trying to install.

zip that and upload it as an attachment. Thanks.
