Stuck on startup HP logo spinning dots

On my HP Envy 17 j177nr, after I booted up windows this morning, all seemed fine until about 30 minutes into using it. Forza Horizon 5 would not run and I began having intermittent freezing issues. The freezing issues were not horrible but it was annoying just enough for me to restart my computer. Normally a restart or two fixes this kind of problem—not today though.

I told Windows 10 to restart but then I got to the blue "Restarting" screen with spinning dots and it sat at the restarting screen for 30 minutes and it would not restart. So, I held the power button to turn off the laptop.

Upon powering the laptop back on, it went to the HP logo with spinning dots, which is the normal startup screen, but now it has sat there at the HP logo with spinning dots for more than 45 minutes now and it refuses to boot further!'

I Googled the problem but only spammy dodgy results showed up that want me to install their shady software to fix the problem. Which is very stupid, because you cannot install anything anyway if you cannot even get into Windows.

How can I fix this? I cannot even use my PC because I cannot get past this HP logo

Try resetting the Graphics driver ---Win+Ctrl+Sgift+B ---.This causes the screen to momentarily flicker black.

You may also try a hard reset after removing all plugged in devices ( except Keyboard ,mouse)
