    By definition, no. But you can do a Win 11 in-place upgrade (using the workaround Bree referred you to) and preserve all of your programs and data.

    Rufus does a good job setting up a bootable USB for a Win11 install on non-compatible systems. I've done it lots.

    Just for fun, I upgraded my OLD Toshiba Satellite S210 Laptop to Win11 from Win7 using Rufus just now. It's old and slow but it proves the point that Rufus does the job. So I'm Sticking it to the man "MS" by posting from an outdated old incompatible system with Windows 11 22H2 onboard just for fun.
