OK, I see that now. But I don't see anything in the Recycle Bin properties that would explain why I need to provide admin permission to delete files/folders from the D: drive (at which point they are permanently deleted), but not the C: drive (where deleted files go to the Recycle Bin, as expected).

The screenshots I posted for a folder on the C: drive and on the C: drive show identical permissions, so what else could explain the behavior I'm seeing (admin prompt to delete files/folders from D: drive but not C: drive, and files/folders being permanently deleted from D: drive but sent to Recycle Bin when deleted from C: drive)?
