Task Bar Open Programs Blue Line Gone

Never mind.

Rebooted and below problem solved.



Please refer to the below picture. In the task bar the blue line under the Firefox icon, Windows Explorer icon and Outlook icon that showed the program was open is gone and I can't figure out how to get it back. It was there yesterday. I googled this and nothing came up telling me how to get it back so I am asking the experts.
