    PowerCfg -a shows:

    Code:
    Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.19044.2006]
    (c) Microsoft Corporation. All rights reserved.

    C:\WINDOWS\system32>PowerCfg -a
The following sleep states are available on this system:
        Standby (S3)
        Hibernate
        Hybrid Sleep
        Fast Startup

The following sleep states are not available on this system:
        Standby (S1)
The system firmware does not support this standby state.

        Standby (S2)
The system firmware does not support this standby state.

        Standby (S0 Low Power Idle)
The system firmware does not support this standby state.
Interesting that the difference between our systems is Fast Startup.

    I always disable Fast start.
It makes it harder to interrupt start from shutdown [Bios & Boot menu keys only work when the maker's logo is onscreen]. I appreciate that it makes no difference to restart.

I'm amazed that I have not suggested re-installing your display driver - not just check for an update, re-install.
In Windows 7 it was the standard first step when there was a sleep/hibernate problem.

I should also suggest testing in a different user account [even if you have to make one for the test] in case it is some strange corruption in your current user account.
