yea the settings wheel just has cortana and web options that are irrelevant. I tried doing a complete rebuild of the index as suggested and nothing has worked yet
so no solution yet, i tried making a folder with shortchuts of settings and adding that folder to the index and still nothing
This is such an annoying bug on Windows 10 and I've spent 2 days straight on in without managing to solve it. I've tried everything including rebuilding index, indexing options in different folders (enabling/disabling), resetting the index from registry, comparing relevant files to a healthy system but to no avail. I've reproduced the bug in 3 different machines and also in Virtualbox VMs running windows 10. I have a theory of what may be the cause, but still unable to identify it and solve it (see my long reply on the thread on the Microsoft forums here)
