Php is a programing language mostly used on websites it in effect runs the site instead of html. So your downloading the wrong file you could open the file in notepad its only text its possible its to stream video from the website

    That's not a movie file.
PHP is a web server programming language.
If you have a .php file, then you've downloaded a web page ... not a video.

    Thanks for replies,
Both of you are correct i downloaded web page. So, i saved the web page to pc and opened the Php file folder and it contained the mp4 video component clicked on it to play and it played in pc video player and it's a live stream video. So i converted to different
format but only a segment was converted eg 2 minutes representing the 2 minutes i was watching. In other words you have to watch all movie to the end, copy it and then convert it then full video can be played.
What a complex way to show videos.

    Hi Samuria,

I was using Firefox 103.0.2 with Ant Video Downloader and i have just updated Firefox to latest version 104.
Php file is not causing any issues just why developers are using machine code to embed video files in this way...

    Bye

Aren't you supposed to watch the movie in your web browser?

Also ... the owner might not want people to download the movie. That's why they make it difficult to do so.
