Ok, original names are lost, but you should be able to rename them once copied to another "known sane" support .?

original names are became shortened and all caps and the extension lost 1 or 2 of its first letters like here

when I try to rename ONLY the extension -for example- from PO3--->png the original full name appeared on the windows message
"do you want to rename "EDUCATIO.PN3" to "Educational (2).png " even after that the name remain "EDUCATIO" but the extension corrected because i did it manually so it still remember the name somewhere

    Yes, I understood this part.

You must copy your files to a Known Good Drive, before renaming them...

Then you must clean the file system currently on your faulty disk, and create a new fresh one.

Then you can copy those back to this disk if you want...

But at the moment your drive partitions looks like they are write protected. Or corrupted to the point that a file cannot be renamed.

The only thing I would check in addition: is the health of the drive.

Then next step would be to copy the whole thing somewhere else.
