@MisterEd has a point. What software are you using to view the PDF? Just right click and open in your browser as suggested.
I have attached a scan of the PDF.
The scan that I posted is the way it was sent to me. It is cut off on the left and the right. This is my complaint to my doctor: he should not be sending educational material to patients that is not fully readable.
There is a URL for the PDF; however, my initials are embedded in it. The URL with ABC included instead of my initials is as follows: This might shed some light on the subject.
file:///C:/Users/ABC/Downloads/testosterone%20adjustment%20PDF.pdf
If I leave my initials in the URL and click on it, the PDF under discussion comes up.
I am going offline for a couple of hours. I want to thank everyone for their input. It seems there is nothing that can be done by way of locating the source of the PDF so that a fully readable text can be attained. Unless there is some type of revelation over the next few hours, I’ll mark the Post as Solved at that time, and I'll give a couple of guys credit.
Writer;
I don't if this is of any use, but the following link shows a PDF whose paragraph appears to match what you have shown in your image, if you have a look near the bottom of Page 2 of that PDF.
https://vanf.app/DOC_PDF/Testosteron...s_Mar_2019.pdf
The line that says "file:///C:/Users/ABC/Downloads/testosterone%20adjustment%20PDF.pdf" is not a URL/Uniform Resource Locater for the Internet Browser but the path to the file saved onto your computer, specifically to the file in the Downloads folder. The only way to correct what is showing in the file is to get a new/better copy resent by the originator.
Irrespective of what software and/or method you use to convert the pdf document to whatever format, if the document is "flawed" you're not going to recover any more than what the document contains.
The "missing" cut-off/out contents are not going to magically appear in a converted format/file. WYSIWYG.
For @Berton
Your observation is correct, of course. It is only my lack of knowledge that led me to label "path to the file saved on my computer" as a URL.The line that says "file:///C:/Users/ABC/Downloads/testosterone%20adjustment%20PDF.pdf" is not a URL/Uniform Resource Locater for the Internet Browser but the path to the file saved onto your computer, specifically to the file in the Downloads folder. Thank you for your input. As you have by now gathered, @das10 found the original Veterans Administration document; as he writes, the last paragraph is the PDF that was sent to me by my doctor.

For @das10
You found it! The last paragraph in the two-page document you sent is the exact PDF that my doctor sent to me. Thanks a million. I'll give you credit for a "job well done."Writer;

You are absolutely correct. The last paragraph on page two is the text that my doctor sent me as a PDF. Quite evidently, he did not know where this paragraph came from; however, thanks to the input from several Posters at Windows 10 Forums, I can let him know what the source is for the paragraph that he sent me.

Thank you for observing that I had to attach the PDF to one of my posts; this led @das10 to search for the original document from which the PDF was taken.

This is a repeat quote; I just wanted to emphasize that this is the URL of the original Veterans Administration document that the PDF was taken from.

Thanks to @dalchina for showing an initial interest in my problem. @dalchina's interest motivated others to get involved which culminated in @das10 locating the original Veterans Administration document from which the PDF was taken.

I'll leave this thread open for at least 24 hours to allow all of those involved an opportunity to respond, or to acknowledge that through the joint-involvement of several Windows 10 Forums members, this complicated PDF problem was solved.

Writer;
You are right. Oftentimes when tackling anything in life (or Windows! ), it helps to approach a problem from different angles / viewpoints.
Best regards.
