Using DOS to remove duplicate images Or maybe an app ?

I hope to delete from an exception exclusion list. So delete all files EXCEPT what is in a txt list. Can this be possible ? OR maybe there is software that helps with this. ?

While for interest this illustrates processing a list of files.. in your case you could replace the xcopy command with a del command.
Your list is probably more simply formatted.

or if you wished you could use a robocopy command instead of xcopy as robocopy can move files to move the files you don't want to another folder.
That gives you a second chance...
