Windows Reliability Report missing

I just found Brink’s article about Windows Reliability Report, which has been - mystically – missing from my desktop PC, since August 5,2022 I have tried to ask about it Microsoft Windows Support, no answer. I have not changed any settings. I used to find it like this: I opened Control Panel --> System and Security --> Maintenance --> View reliability history.But after Friday 05th of August it disappeared, and I don't know how to activate/find it any more.
How is it possible it disappears? My Winver 21H2 (19044.1826) One Update failed (KB5016616 (x64) It also failes to upload manually.
And how can I find it again? I checked it every day, very, very useful tool.
I tried this awesome tutorial: https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/...dows-10-a.html, but still it does not work. I cannot find Windows Rebiliaty Report from my PC. How it is possible it can disappear 'by itself'?

Thank you very much spunk, I tried, and also perfmon.exe /rel, no result. Still missing.
