Hello Eddie,
Usually, this means you need to update to the latest build.
Check Expiry Date of Windows 10 Insider Preview Build
Do you have the latest Insider 19045.1865 or public 19042/19043/19044.1865 build installed?
Check this MS site for more information.
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/win...se-information
Here is a quote from that site.
EddieB1106: I haven't seen that notification yet. I'm running 1809. What's your version?
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/lif...d-of-servicingWindows 10, version 1803* and version 1809 will reach the end of servicing on May 11, 2021. This applies to the following editions of Windows 10:
Windows 10 Education, version 1803 and version 1809
Windows 10 Enterprise, version 1803 and version 1809
Windows 10 IoT Enterprise, version 1803 and version 1809
These editions will no longer receive security updates after May 11, 2021. Customers who contact Microsoft Support after this date will be directed to update their device to the latest version of Windows 10 to remain supported.
For more information, see the Windows Lifecycle FAQ or our Windows 10 Servicing Frequently Asked Questions.
* In April of 2020, Microsoft extended support for this release due to COVID impacts. Please go here for original announcement, including the original end of servicing date.
RTM versions do not expire. Since 1809 was a RTM release, it will not expire.

According to the photo in your latest post:
Since the two sentences are on the same line, this means that your evaluation copy will expire on October 31...... 2021?
Double check to make sure that your computer clock auto-updates correctly.
But also, this means that you should probably register your version of Windows 10.
Yet as a matter of fact, assuming your computer clock is correct... then... your Windows 10 should still work, even after October 31.
...because that sentence is referring to October of last year...
...lol your computer is confused, and so am I.
(PS lol: I like how your evaluation copy expires at 2:25 PM, not 12:00 AM)
You can always chop out personal data before posting by opening the diagram in MSPaint, selecting its [rectangular] Selection icon then deleting that area of the diagram.
In this particular case, you could just remove the data from Windows entirely because it is not used for anything else.

You can set those fields to be empty or write any old rubbish in them.
All the best,
