Crashed windows whilst trying to install dual boot linux

I was trying to install linux mint as a 2nd boot option on my laptop, I now can't get windows 10 to boot.

I used the linux mint installer, and selected to install it alongside windows as a dual boot system. Something went wrong and now I can only boot into linux.

When I boot windows (I have to manually boot it from the bios boot menu), I get error 0xc000000e

After doing some research I learnt that I should of disabled windows fast boot before installing linux, this may have something to do with windows now having issues?

I've tried booting from the windows 10 repair usb and running the repair tool, but all I get is this:

Linux is on a 1tb hdd whilst windows is installed on a 128gb ssd. After the install of linux, the windows ssd lost its partion (it was 128gb of un-partitioned space). I had to use a linux tool to re-write the partition (in NTFS). When I access the ssd through linux all the windows data is still there.

Any ideas how to fix this without reinstalling windows?

It took a bit of stuffing around to create a MR bootable rescue ISO as I have no other computer running windows at the moment. But I ended up getting it to run through virtualbox, made the rescue ISO, booted it and it repaired the boot files and fixed the problem.

    Thanks for the tip
