I downloaded vcredist_x86.exe from https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/down....aspx?id=26999 and double click vcredist_x86.exe then select [remove microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86] (note: repair will not solve the problem) then I install duckcapture and during installing it will ask me to install microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86. (problem in post #23 solved)
duckcapture was successfully installed but it does not work, when I click [scrolling] in duckcapture it will scroll down the page once and then it will stop and display this message "The content changed during scrolling! Still save the captured part?"
If I click yes it will be a normal screenshot saved (not full webpage).
You could use HTTrack and copy the page that way. Just one page, specific url. Have it on your pc and deal with it then. Or save as a pdf or something. HTTrack Website Copier - Free Software Offline Browser (GNU GPL)
Duck capture, can get here. This one, i think does not contact servers

So Archive . org seems best. I tried one other download at softonic, and it tried to contact a server.
If it matters to you.

I need to show the chrome browser frame with the url also. The exact whole thing I am seeing in the monitor and the whole webpage.

This is what I am looking for. Nice screenshot.
Hope someone can solve my problem at post #32
What version and where do you guys download duckcapture from?
I have tried these 2 from these 2 websites and both have the "The content changed during scrolling! Still save the captured part?" problem
Version 2.6.0 Download DuckCapture - free - latest version
Version 2.7 DuckCapture - Free download and software reviews - CNET Download
Maybe better to use the 2012 - 22 Aug 2013 download of DuckCapture,
from Internet Archive since this one dont contact servers like Softsonic.
If it matters.

Mon Jan 02, 2012 specifically. Add a day or two.
@comcom, tested out your original Wikipedia site and it errored out part way with the same 'content changed' error. Made me think that an animation or something was running on the page intermittently. So I reduced the time interval for scanning from 500 mil to 300 and it completed. Also I use Edge as browser.
I think it can be done with snagit but you have to use the panoramic option not scrolling window...

I have tried 300 and 500 miliseconds for duckcapture to capture scrolling MajorGeeks.Com - MajorGeeks and it could complete but I see the result have some random rows missing.
Example: These 4 rows are missing in my full screenshot
DS4Windows DS4Windows 3.1.2
DS4Windows is an Open Source extract anywhere program that allows you to get the best DualShock 4 experience on your PC. By emulating an Xbox 360 controller, many more games are accessible.

I have tried 300 and 500 miliseconds for duckcapture to capture scrolling Software testing - Wikipedia and it could not complete it will stop and display this message "The content changed during scrolling! Still save the captured part?" (like I mentioned in post #32), I tried saving and I see the result is a half done only upper part seen screenshot and have some random rows missing.
Example: above the [component interface testing] header rows there is one row appear half seen only. I did not check all rows, there could be more missing.

Looks ok but expensive US$62.99.
Right vertical scroll bar has many broken scroll bar.
