    @comcom the only other thing I can think of is that there might be an ad running on the site/s that's interrupting the scrolling capture.

    Your system specs don't state what you're using for a display adapter.
    IF you're using an nVidia product, you can use Geforce experience to capture, wysiwyg

I use "win+printscn" and "win+shift+s" keyboard combinations to take screenshots, then i go to that folders; for "win+printscn" for "win+shift+s" is there a way to change that default folders to save screenshots?
