I cannot pull up the charms using the mouse, but I can bring it up using gestures on the touchpad and by swiping in from the right side of the screen, on my touchscreen systems.

Sadly, the start menu remains unusable in it's current form, and seems to exist solely to herd people to their "store" to buy their crappy tifkam apps.
Fortunately, Classic Shell still fixes the problem.
Advanced users can use set acl or something similar to remove Store app shortcuts from the Start Menu.
Love it!
Easy to install, Start Menu easily customised without any need for complex workarounds.
I think it is too early to upgrade a running 7 or 8.1 system with 10. That is taking a big risk. There are still a good number of bugs in the 9841 build and using it on a daily basis may lead to frustration.
I installed mine in VMware Player. That is a good environment to make the first steps and test it out.
I had a spare laptop so had the option to set 10 up as a "main machine" (without it actually being my main machine) but not come across an issue yet.
A seamless upgrade from Windows 7 - I was a bit surprised it would even upgrade a Win7 system. Everything seems to work. I like the 'borderless' windows. The Start Menu is OK, and I'm sure it's not done evolving in any case.
The multiple desktops work OK. It would be nice if the taskbar buttons for running programs only appeared in their desktop view, though I guess that might cause problems with pinned apps.
Nothing really too exciting, though. I am glad to see more attention given to desktop users. All in all, it feels pretty solid.
