Ghot, allow me to clarify. I'm asking where to post 'here', on tenforums. The info you provided to me is a lost cause due to functionality issues at MicroSoft.com.

Ghot, watch closely, this is me smacking myself for not paying attention. I both apologize to you and the forum, while further thanking 'you'.

The links verbage had that MS tone, I didn't bother to pay attention to the URL or the page graphics that clearly stated "TenForums"

    Respectfully.

General Support should be fine to create a thread on a specific query about your PC, whereas the tutorial would be about something not specific to your PC, but solely about how to use the tool or the content of the tutorial.

    Why?
    General Support gets most visibility.
Posts under the tutorial are only notified to those remaining subscribed to that tutorial.
Questions relating to using the tool in the context of a specific PC issue tend to be rather long- and quite inappropriate under the tutorial.

Note that only 1 or 2 members here are particularly familiar with its detailed use.
