Has anyone been running the Preview in a VM and having issues signing into a Microsoft Account? I figured some backend things immediately after launch were still being put in place but even still after a few days, I can't sign into my account to give them feedback.

Yes. But luckily they give you the option to switch to the Start Screen even without touch. :)
Does that remove the start menu if you use that option?

Yes, it switches the whole immersive UI. You have to use one or the other.

At least for this build. They showed how in with the Continuum UI feature, on tablets and touch PCs that the start menu portion will carry over. So how the mini Start Screen is in Windows 10, take that, expand it out. That's theoretically what they're building. This Preview build doesn't have that as this is intended for mouse users and non-touch PCs.

Does anyone know if W10TP supports "long path names" by default?
