    Freezes then does not boot

MSI GT80 Titan SLI, 32GB of RAM, Samsung 970 Plus 2TB SSD, 21H2 1706 build.

All of a sudden the machine started freezing. Not Blue Screen of Death but freezing while fully up,
visible screen. Unable to move the mouse or the touchpad, or respond to any keyboard strokes.

I have 3 versions of Win10 installed on this machine, the primary above and 2 clones, one made in May
and the older one cloned in January. All 3 suddenly started doing it, freezing and they never did, which suggests
to me the problem is something other than software or Win10.
Seems the hardware is the only common denominator.

After the machine freezes, I have to wait for 15 minutes for it to boot again. The on button results in nothing,
just the lighted keyboard comes on but it doesn't even find the bootloader. Usually the MSI logo comes on in
about 10 seconds and it fully boots by about 30 seconds.

Event view is of not much help. what could it be? Thermal damage? The SSDs felt pretty hot to the touch.
However when I run CrystalDisk info, it shows nothing unusual.

Is this the root cause of the freeze?

    Hi, possible PSU problem?

Try booting your PC from a live boot disk (flash drive with a bootable version of Windows + programs built in). Google/search for iso file e.g. Bob Omb's, Kyhi's, Hiren's...

Then create the flash drive e.g. using Rufus (free).

Boot your PC from it - independently of your internal drives.

See if there are any freezes.

You can then go on to do RAM, disk and stress tests.

If there are none, this suggests your hardware is ok.

Your last screenshot seems to suggest you are running Virtualbox. You may wish to investigate that further.

No, I did the cloning process for 5 years with zero issues. The disks are named differently and I can boot off either one.

I have multiple SSDs, each with its own independent Win10 install, all used to work, I have made no changes to one of them since January and it hangs too. What does it mean, when the machine just hangs - screen on, mouse disabled, everything is disabled? Keyboard still turned on?

    Running stress tests:

It seems to freeze less when I run the fan on turbo.

    @dictum

The CPU load temp is getting a bit high, but still within range for a laptop.
    The GPU temp looks OK.

As @dalchina mentioned, you might want to check your voltages.

HWMonitor can check the power supply voltages.
DOWNLOAD HWMONITOR_1.46.ZIP | CPUID <---- the portable version

Does your Reliability History show any flags covering the freezes and jf so the ---view tech details ---should give searchable information in the Problem Signature section in Problem Event Name and Application Name.
Also in the search box, type in ---dxdiag ---and go through each page for any report.Whilst in the Display page, note the driver version then visit the maker's site only and download that version or later,if available,
In Device Manager >display adapter, uninstall the driver and install the new one downloaded. If you prefer, use Display Driver Uninstall,[DDU]
