    Perfectly straightforward for me. It may matter that I'm in the US, not South Africa. Sorry that I didn't notice that. I see that it has just (May 2022) launched there.

    Sorry that I can't guess what might be causing your issue. If your PC is the one in "my computer", it's pretty old (2008 or 2009), but the requirements listed for "disney universe" are pretty minimal. Security check

    @3nd -

    This is going to seem a bit silly, but now that the problem is isolated to just one system, try this in an elevated command prompt.

    SFC /scannow


    Then...

    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /Restorehealth

    Worth a shot.

    nope no problems
    youtube ,netflix ,and in the past when i had them, showmax and amazon prime all played/streamed without an issue
    thats why i dont understand why only disney has an issue now only on certain users on this pc

    This is all normal. Be patient and let it complete, then reboot, pray and test.

    it played fine now the "play" button is gone while playing yay!
    however ,the "Logged in succesfully" notification sits there obscuring things ,but i can live with that , it disappears
    when movie starts playing
