How to view windows events, installs, various things

Can anyone help me? I used to review day by day some kind of tool within windows 10 that gave a handy day by day overview of installs, any events, even crashes of things etc but I cannot remember what it is called. It is not the events log it is a different kind of view. More basic but I liked to use it. My memory is not the best and it is gone right out my mind. Googling around I cannot seem to find the magic description to help me. Any ideas what it is called? Unfortunately it is not recent in my search as I haven't used in a while

    thanks

Might it be the Reliability Monitor?

Does the screenshot below look familiar?

How to view windows events, installs, various things-perfmon_reliability_monitor.png

The Reliability Monitor can be reached in a number of ways, for example:

    1. Control Panel > All Control Panel Items > Security and Maintenance > Reliability Monitor

    2. Create a shortcut to perfmon /rel (or use Windows key + R and paste command).

    3. Create a shortcut to explorer shell:::{BB64F8A7-BEE7-4E1A-AB8D-7D8273F7FDB6}\pageReliabilityView (or use Windows key + R and paste command).

    Hope this helps...
