Lost appdata folder

    Lost appdata folder


    Hi, I seem to have lost my Appdata folder and I did not delete it. I search C, user, my name but then it is not there.
    Can you tell me what could have happened and is it able to get back, Maybe it has somehow just got hidden.

    If you are signed in successfully and everything is working it's highly unlikely that you've lost it.

    Your AppData folder is a hidden folder by default. Check in File Explorer that you have set its option to show hidden files and folders.

    It's hidden by default and you're not supposed to see it by design. Advanced users can unhide.
