White block over address bar?

    White block over address bar?


    Thanks in advance for reading.

    For some unknown reason, I periodically get a white bar across the top of Chrome and/or one of my File Explorer screens (please see attached photos).

    The only thing that seems to get rid of it is restarting my computer.
