    Try from here:

    https://download.microsoft.com/downl...020369-x64.msu

    https://catalog.s.download.windowsup...1264cd93b9.msu

With these 2 patches Windows Updates should start working.

Finally got it to update via Windows Update. However now, I am running into an error when installing the most current Display driver via Windows Update. Below is a screenshot of the error code that I am getting when installing that driver. Does anyone know where I can find this particular driver update via the Microsoft Update Catalog?

What steps were made to address the drive file system corruption?

For Nvidia GPU test various drivers as needed.

    Current: Driver Version 8.15.11.8593

@zbook: Windows 10 has been reinstalled. It is having issues with the display driver again however. I downloaded the driver you posted in #144. But it's a cabinet file. How do I mount/point it to the device manager to update the display adapter that way?

These are the drivers offered by Microsoft:
    https://www.catalog.update.microsoft...0DE%26DEV_03D0

    There are approximately 3 pages.
See the specifics for each row.
The download button is on the far right.

I've not had to make a special steps to install Windows update files.
If there is a unique problem then cab files can be installed using the steps in this tutorial:

Using the Microsoft catalog click the download button.

    Often a popup box appears.

Typically there are instructions with a clickable download button that does not require any cab installation techniques.

See if you can install one or more drivers for testing purposes.

I clicked the save as, and it kept downloading as a cab file.

    That's typical.

This is for Windows 10, but it may help: Install CAB file in Windows 10
