    If you`re trying to download it through Windows update, then Yes it`s perfectly normal.

    Do you want to start using W11 ?

    Download Windows 11 (microsoft.com)

    You can wait or install it whenever you want, if your PC meets the requirements.

    Make sure that you create a total restorable image of your current system before you decide to do that!
    I personally dislike Windows 11 - it's just a Theme Pack.
