IF you have another computer, I would download Macrium Reflect (free) and create the bootable rescue media.
It has a tool called "Fix boot problems"... which MAY help.

I think that BIOS is an MBR BIOS, and it's trying to talk to a GPT installation of Windows.
If so, you MIGHT be able to convert that disk to MBR, and get it to work.
But I don't know enough to advise on that.

If Freebooter's commands don't help... there may be a re-install in your future.
    I'll give it a try.

The date on that BIOS is 2009, back at the start of Windows 7.

If there's anything in that BIOS, usually in the Boot section, that mentions UEFI... you might want to enable that.

Is this the dead motherboard or current one you're using? If not current one, what model is it?

Super old bios, didn't find that option from there:

I have tried different options from there though, no luck.

If you don't have anything important on that drive... then, if it was me, I'd just reinstall Windows 10
Unfortunately I have super important stuff there, if they even are there any more...

Then definitely make the Macrium Reflect USB first and backup your drive like Ghot wrote so you don't lose your important data.

Another option... is to just buy a much more modern motherboard.

Or if you have another computer, you can just use that to access your 1TB drive, and grab whatever you want to from off of that drive.

Then you can do a clean install of Windows 10.

You could grab one of these... and use command prompt to copy whatever, from the 1TB drive to the external drive.

Or just buy an internal 1TB drive... install Windows 10 on it, and use the existing 1tb drive as storage.
Something like this, maybe... I'm guessing that your current internal drive is a 3.5" HDD

Western Digital Caviar Black 1 TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive (WD1002FAEX) - PCPartPicker

You "should" have some sort of backup system in place... anyhow.
I go a little overboard in the backup dept.
The 8TB is an exact copy of the 4TB...

I also saved all my old computer parts. I can come up with 4 more computers, if I ever need to.

As Lobsang said, in the book, The Long Earth... "You can never have too much backup".
(Lobsang was a Tibetan motorcycle repairman, reincarnated as a computer. )

    Yes... the book was fictional.

I removed the dvd drive and put the old hard drive in instead to see what's left in that hard drive i need to use. There seems to be at least most of the stuff anyway.
Really would have needed all my apps too though plus desktop stuff and my passwords, since I don't remember them. I should learn to backup stuff too, been really bad at it. Definitely gonna save those files I can now.
After that what to do.. I could try those restore operations for efi and boot partitions etc.. with diskpart. Before giving up and getting new windows or hard drive. Nothing to lose I guess. Or could I just mess things up even more? Any way I could fix the hard drive while it's attached to another computer?

If this PC isn't UEFI, putting a EFI partition on it isn't going to solve the problem.

Once you have backed up this drive completely, you can clean install Windows 10 to this drive with it in a working PC.

Once it's booting to Windows/working, you can then use Macrium Reflect to backup the drive again, then restore just the C: partition from your old computer drive image, replacing the virgin C: partition.

If you are lucky, the PC will boot and all files and apps will be there, like they were on the dead PC.

    Make sense? Any questions?

Yeah, I was wondering that too.. there had to be some reason it wouldn't boot in the first place. Even if I fixed the hard drive it probably wouldn't boot since it didn't before. So the old motherdrive just hates my hard drive. But if I could fix it and get that lost data back and then backup it, could I potentially get those safely to the new windows as well or wouldn't it matter anyway? Sorry for these novice questions but I just wanna be sure what to do.
